Entry into force

Article 18

This Decision shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2007, with the exception of Article 9(2) and (3) and Article 10(3), which shall apply from the date when this Decision enters into force.
