Subject matter

Article 1

This Regulation fixes fishing opportunities for the year 2007, for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, and the associated conditions under which such fishing opportunities may be used. In addition, it fixes certain effort limits and associated conditions for January 2008, and for certain Antarctic stocks it fixes the fishing opportunities and specific conditions for the periods set out in Annex IE.
