Interim restrictions on the use of bottom trawling gear in the high-seas of the Area of CCAMLR for the fishing seasons 2006/07 and 2007/08

Article 68

1.   The use of bottom trawling gear in the high-seas areas of the Area of CCAMLR shall be restricted to areas for which the Commission has conservation measures in force for bottom trawling gear. 2.   This restrictive measure shall not apply to the use of bottom trawling gear in conducting scientific research in the Area of CCAMLR.
