Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 312/2003 is amended as follows: 1. in Article 3 the following paragraph 3 is added: ‘3. The annual volume of the tariff quota at order No 09.1941 in the Annex shall be increased successively by five per cent each year of the original quantity from 1 January 2005.’ 2. the Annex is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
