Effects of exercising the right of withdrawal

Article 8

1. The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer terminates the obligation of the parties to perform the contract. 2. Where the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall neither bear any cost nor be liable for any value corresponding to the service which may have been performed before withdrawal.
