Article 58

1. The instalments to be paid by each Member State and referred to in Article 57 shall be set in such a way as to be in proportion to that State's contributions to the EDF as fixed in Article 1(2) of the Internal Agreement. 2. Calls for contributions shall first use up the amounts laid down for previous EDFs, one after the other.
