Article 61

Upon expiry of the financial protocol set out in Annex Ib to the ACP-EC Agreement, that part of the contributions which the Member States remain obliged to pay in accordance with Article 57 shall be called up by the Commission, as required, in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Regulation.
