Article 74

The data communicated in the inventory according to Article 109 of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 shall refer to 31 July of the previous wine year. It shall contain the information specified in the Tables 14 to 16 of Annex XIII to this Regulation. Member States may decide whether or not to include details related to regions in these tables.
