Removal of exclusion warnings
Article 11
Exclusion warnings shall be removed automatically after expiry of the duration set out in Article 10. The institution which requested the registration, shall request the removal of an exclusion warning before the expiry of the duration, where the third party is no longer in an exclusion situation, in particular for the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of Article 10 or for manifest errors discovered after the registration of the exclusion.
