Re-evaluation of approved food additives

Article 32

1. Food additives which were permitted before 20 January 2009 shall be subject to a new risk assessment carried out by the Authority. 2. After consultation of the Authority, an evaluation programme for those additives shall be adopted by 20 January 2010, in accordance with the regulatory procedure referred to in Article 28(2). The evaluation programme shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
