Entry into force

Article 35

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 20 January 2010. However, Article 4(2) shall apply to Parts 2, 3 and 5 of Annex III from 1 January 2011 and Article 23(4) shall apply from 20 January 2011. Article 24 shall apply from 20 July 2010. Article 31 shall apply from 20 January 2009.
