Scope

Article 67

1. This Title shall apply to any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement, except where specifically provided otherwise. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the procedure provided for in Article 98 of the Cotonou Agreement shall be applicable in the case of disputes relating to development finance cooperation as defined in the Cotonou Agreement.
