Article 2

1. The measure which France has implemented for IFP and its subsidiaries Axens and Prosernat constitutes aid within the meaning of Article 87(1) of the Treaty. 2. The aid is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty subject to the conditions laid down in Articles 3 to 6 of this Decision.
