Article 3

1. This Decision shall be valid until the end of the exclusive agreements in force on the date of this Decision between IFP and its subsidiaries Axens and Prosernat (hereinafter called ‘the exclusive agreements’). 2. Any prolongation or amendment of the exclusive agreements must be notified to the Commission.
