Article 33

Member States shall ensure that suppliers operating in their territory report for each production season the amount of seed of each conservation variety and of each variety developed for growing under particular conditions placed on the market. Member States shall report on request to the Commission and to the other Member States the amount of seed of each conservation variety and of each variety developed for growing under particular conditions placed on the market in their territory.
