Article 8 of Directive 2009/81/EC is amended as follows: 1. in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 412 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 387 000’; 2. in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 5 150 000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 4 845 000’.
