Article 6
1. Customs duties on imports into Serbia of industrial products originating in the Community other than those listed in Annex I shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement. 2. Charges having equivalent effect to customs duties on imports into Serbia shall be abolished upon the entry into force of this Agreement on industrial products originating in the Community. 3. Customs duties on imports into Serbia of industrial products originating in the Community which are listed in Annex I shall be progressively reduced and abolished in accordance with the timetable indicated in that Annex. 4. Quantitative restrictions on imports into Serbia of industrial products originating in the Community and measures having equivalent effect shall be abolished upon the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
