Article 8

Serbia declares its readiness to reduce its customs duties in trade with the Community more rapidly than is provided for in Article 6 if its general economic situation and the situation of the economic sector concerned so permit. The Interim Committee shall analyse the situation in this respect and make the relevant recommendations.
