Article 13

1. This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. The PSC decisions on the appointment of an EU Mission Commander and on the acceptance of contributions from third States, as well as on the setting-up of a Committee of Contributors shall likewise be published in the Official Journal of the European Union .
