Article 7
1. The prohibition in Article 4(1) shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation relating to the delivery of goods provided for in contracts concluded before the date of adoption of this Decision. 2. The prohibitions in Article 4 shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation arising from contracts concluded before the date of adoption of this Decision and relating to investments made in Iran before the same date by enterprises established in Member States. 3. The prohibitions in Article 6(a) and (b) respectively: (i) shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation arising from contracts or agreements concluded before the date of adoption of this Decision; (ii) shall not prevent the extension of a participation, if such extension is an obligation under an agreement concluded before the date of adoption of this Decision.
