Article 8a

1. Without prejudice to Article 4g, the construction or the participation in the construction of new oil tankers for Iran or for Iranian persons and entities shall be prohibited. 2. It shall be prohibited to provide technical assistance or financing or financial assistance to the construction of new oil tankers for Iran or for Iranian persons and entities.
