Reporting by Member States

Article 13

During the periods referred to in Article 11(4), Member States shall, by 31 December of each year, submit reports on the implementation of the projects to the Commission. Those reports shall include at least the following information for each project: (1) the amount of CO 2 stored or clean energy produced; (2) the funds disbursed; (3) any significant problems with project implementation.
