Article 4
Regulation (EC) No 1345/2005 is amended as follows: 1. In Article 4, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The notifications referred to in point a of first subparagraph of Article 4(1), including “nil” notifications, shall be made by the Member States by electronic means using the form made available to them by the Commission. The notifications referred to in point b of first subparagraph of Article 4(1) and in the second subparagraph of Article 4(1), including “nil” notifications, shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009 ( *4 ) . ( *4 ) OJ L 228, 1.9.2009, p. 3 .’ " 2. The Annex is deleted.
