Article 5
Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 2014/2005 is amended as follows: 1. In paragraph 1, point (a) is replaced by the following: ‘(a) by Wednesday each week: wholesale prices for yellow bananas, broken down by country of origin or group of countries of origin, as recorded the previous week on the representative markets listed in Annex XVI to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1580/2007 ( *5 ) ; ( *5 ) OJ L 350, 31.12.2007, p. 1 .’ " 2. Paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. The notifications referred to in this Regulation shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009 ( *6 ) . ( *6 ) OJ L 228, 1.9.2009, p. 3 .’ "
