Commission Regulation (EU) No 364/2011 Article 5

Entry into force and applicability

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 May 2011. However, Article 3 shall apply from 5 November 2010 and Article 4 shall apply from 1 July 2011.
