Review

Article 15

1.   The Commission shall present to the European Parliament and the Council a report on the application of this Regulation by 10 January 2020. 2.   The report shall include an overview of authorisations requested and granted under Chapter III as well as a review of the need for the continued application of that Chapter. 3.   Where the report recommends discontinuing the application of Chapter III or modifying its provisions, that report shall be accompanied by an appropriate legislative proposal.
