Small- and medium-sized enterprises

Article 95

Cooperation between the Parties shall be aimed at developing and strengthening private sector small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the establishment of new undertakings in areas offering potential for growth and cooperation between SMEs in the Community and in Serbia. Cooperation shall take due account of priority areas related to the Community acquis in the field of SMEs, as well as the ten guidelines enshrined in the European Charter for Small Enterprises.
