Operational protection of apprentices and students

Article 33

1.   Member States shall ensure that the exposure conditions and operational protection of apprentices and students aged 18 years or over referred to in Article 11(1) is equivalent to that of exposed workers of category A or B as appropriate. 2.   Member States shall ensure that the exposure conditions and operational protection of apprentices and students aged between 16 and 18 years referred to in Article 11(2) is equivalent to that of exposed workers of category B.
