Obligations of approval authorities

Article 6

1. Approval authorities shall ensure that manufacturers applying for type-approval comply with their obligations under this Regulation. 2. Approval authorities shall approve only such vehicles, systems, components or separate technical units that satisfy the requirements of this Regulation.
