Article 74

1.   By 31 December 2019, Member States shall inform the Commission of the application of the type-approval procedures laid down in this Regulation. 2.   On the basis of the information supplied under paragraph 1, the Commission shall present a report to the European Parliament and the Council on the application of this Regulation by 31 December 2020.
