Prohibitions and catch limitations

Article 24

1. Direct fishing of the species set out in Part A of Annex V, shall be prohibited in the zones and during the periods set out therein. 2. For exploratory fisheries, the TACs and by-catch limits set out in Part B of Annex V, shall apply in the subareas set out therein.
