Performance indicators

Article 37

Every year, Member States shall notify the Commission of at least the data relating to the performance indicators laid down in Annex VIII for each of their outermost regions. That data shall be notified in the context of the annual implementation report referred to in Article 32(2) of Regulation (EU) No 228/2013.
