Information obligations of transmission system operators towards the network users

Article 32

The information provided to network users by the transmission system operator shall refer to: (1) the overall status of the transmission network in accordance with point 3.4(5) of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009; (2) the transmission system operator’s balancing actions referred to in Chapter III; (3) the network user’s inputs and off-takes for the gas day referred to in Articles 33 to 42.
