Shared and direct management

Article 7

1. Measures covered by Title V shall be financed by the EMFF in accordance with the principle of shared management between the Union and Member States and the common rules laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013. 2. Measures covered by Title VI shall be financed by the EMFF in accordance with the principle of direct management.
