Article 2
1. By way of derogation from Article 3(2), substances and mixtures may, before 1 December 2014 and 1 June 2015 respectively, be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with this Regulation. 2. By way of derogation from Article 3(2), substances classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 December 2014, shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with this Regulation until 1 December 2016. 3. By way of derogation from Article 3(2), mixtures classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 6 ) or Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 June 2015, shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with this Regulation until 1 June 2017. 4. By way of derogation from Article 3(3), the harmonised classifications set out in Annex III to this Regulation may be applied before the date referred to in Article 3(3).
