Commission Regulation (EU) No 605/2014 Article 3

Article 3

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Article 1(1) and (2) shall apply in respect of substances from 1 December 2014 and in respect of mixtures from 1 June 2015. 3. Article 1(3) shall apply from 1 April 2015.
