Transfer of entitlements

Article 25

1. Payment entitlements may be transferred at any time of the year. 2. Where a Member State uses the option provided for in Article 34(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013, it shall define the regions referred to in that provision in the first year of application of Article 34(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 and at the latest one month before the date fixed by the Member State pursuant to Article 33(1) of that Regulation.
