Notification of decision resulting from a review
Article 76
Where a decision notified to the Commission in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 or this Regulation may be reviewed, the Commission shall be notified of the decision resulting from the review within a period of four weeks after such decision has been made, unless a different time limit for such notification is laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013. Such a notification shall include the details of the decision and, where relevant, a justification and the objective criteria on the basis of which such a decision has been made.
