Sanctions

Article 15

In the event of a breach of this Regulation, the ECB may impose sanctions on supervised entities in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 2532/98 ( 5 ) complemented by Regulation (EU) No 468/2014 (ECB/2014/17).
