Transitional provisions

Article 16

1.   The fee notice for the first fee period shall be issued together with the fee notice for the 2015 fee period. 2.   To enable the ECB to start levying the annual supervisory fee, each group of fee-paying entities shall nominate the fee debtor for the group and shall notify the identity of the fee debtor to the ECB by 31 December 2014, in accordance with Article 4(2). 3.   The fee debtor shall submit the data mentioned in Article 13(1) for the first time by 1 March 2015.
