Complaints and recalls

Article 16

1. The manufacturer shall record and investigate all quality related complaints. 2. The manufacturer shall establish procedures for the recall of active substances from the market. 3. In the event of the recalled active substance posing a serious threat to public health, the manufacturer shall inform the competent authorities without delay.
