Repeal

Article 11

Decisions 2008/284/EC and 2011/274/EU are repealed with effect from 1 January 2015. They shall however continue to apply to: (a) subsystems authorised in accordance with those Decisions; (b) projects for new, renewed or upgraded subsystems which, at the date of publication of this Regulation, are at an advanced stage of development or are the subject of an ongoing contract.
