Financial arrangements

Article 10

1. The common costs of EUMAM RCA shall be administered in accordance with Decision 2011/871/CFSP. 2. The financial reference amount for the common costs of EUMAM RCA shall be EUR 7,9 million. The percentage of the reference amount referred to in Article 25(1) of Decision 2011/871/CFSP shall be 50 % and the percentage for commitment referred to in Article 32(3) of Decision 2011/871/CFSP shall be 70 %.
