Designation of the Mission Headquarters

Article 3

1. The Mission Headquarters of EUMAM RCA shall be located in Bangui, CAR. It shall perform the functions of both Operational Headquarters and Force Headquarters. 2. The Mission Headquarters shall include a support cell in Brussels.
