Article 23

1. The expert shall report to the relevant department of the Directorate-General for Administration on the first day of secondment to complete the requisite administrative formalities. The expert shall take up their duties on either the first or the 16th of the month. 2. Payments shall be made by the GSC in euro into a bank account opened at a banking institution in the Union.
