Description of duties

Article 26

1. In the Exchange of Letters provided for in Article 4(1) reference shall be made to the person in charge within the Directorate-General or directorate, unit, or other department to which the expert on CFSS will be seconded and the duties to be performed by the latter shall be described in detail. 2. The expert on CFSS shall receive instructions from the person in charge referred to in paragraph 1 on the specific duties to be performed.
