Article 2

1. The capital injections which Italy implemented for Alghero airport constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty. The State aid was granted by Italy in violation of Article 108(3) of the Treaty. 2. The State aid referred to in paragraph 1 is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3)(c) of the Treaty.
