Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/81 Article 9

Entry into force

Article 9

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . This Regulation shall apply either from 1 January 2016 or from the date on which Article 69(1) of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 becomes applicable pursuant to Article 99(6) of that Regulation, whichever is later.
