Technical specifications on functional safety requirements and test procedures

Article 5

1.   The functional safety performance test procedures shall be performed in accordance with the test requirements laid down in this Regulation. 2.   The tests shall be carried out or witnessed by the approval authority or, where authorised by the approval authority, by the technical service. 3.   The measurement methods and test results shall be reported to the approval authority in the test report format set out in Article 68(f) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013.
