Concentration

Article 15

1.   An ELTIF may acquire no more than 25 % of the units or shares of a single ELTIF, EuVECA, or EuSEF. 2.   The concentration limits laid down in Article 56(2) of Directive 2009/65/EC shall apply to investments in the assets referred to in point (b) of Article 9(1) of this Regulation.
